Inspired by cherished memories of Mexican bakeries, this gouache painting captures the warmth and nostalgia of pan dulce—the beloved sweet breads that grace family gatherings and kitchen tables across Mexican households. Each brushstroke honors those moments spent selecting your favorite pieces, the aroma of fresh-baked conchas and orejas filling the air, and the simple joy of tradition passed down through generations. A celebration of comfort, culture, and the timeless ritual of breaking bread together.
